What is parent access? Parent Access
is a feature within our JMC grading system that allows all primary contacts
with "in mailing" privileges to use a web browser from home or office to view data
for students. Data that you will be allowed to view is attendance (middle & high
school only), report cards and progress reports (when posted) and lunch
account balances and transactions. You can also view and modify your contact
information. Your username will be the primary contact's last
name. If you have forgotten your password on file or need to request
that one be created for you, you can email Shelly
Bailey, District Technology Coordinator, sbailey@treynor.k12.ia.us.

ONLINE MEAL PAYMENT
OPTION
Treynor
Community School
District is
bringing the convenience of online payments to you by offering a payment
processing system, PaySchools. Through this system, you can
add money to family meal accounts by accessing PaySchools using a link within
the JMC Parent Access pages. When you access either the
Elementary
or
Jr/Sr
High School Parent page, clicking on "Lunch" will show you a
link allowing you to deposit money into your account. If you have children in
both buildings, depositing money in either the Elementary or Jr/Sr High
School account will add money to your family account. It is
important that you choose to deposit money into your FAMILY account, rather
than the individual student account, so all students can draw from the main
family account.
Payment methods accepted
include E-check*, MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards. New for the
2010-11 school year will be the option of using a PayPal account to make
deposits. An email receipt
confirming your purchase will immediately be sent. PaySchools does not
save or store bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security.
There will be a convenience fee charged for this service.
Go to PaySchools web page for
more information.
